During the business relationship (call center, prize game, loyalty program, etc.), we will collect personal data, and it is any information that refers to the identification or personal data of a natural person – the owner of personal data (name, surname, name of workplace, email address, your computer's IP address, certain identification number, or certain personal parameters).

We do not collect personal data from third parties unless they represent data from publicly available sources, integrity database and credit agencies).

The employees of the OneClick Solutions are familiar with the Law on Personal Data Protection, through training, especially those who are employed in processing, to protect data confidentiality.
Employees who perform data processing activities have concluded Confidentiality Agreements.
When processing data, a data protection person is designated in accordance with a valid Law that has the ability to access and update data.
Physical protection of access to data servers is also provided (premises are always closed-locked with limited access only to authorized persons).
Technical protection is reflected in access to servers only from the local network with adequate authentication, data are not available "externally".
Who can access your personal data and why?
We restrict the disclosure of your personal data to others, but we need to disclose your personal data in certain cases and mainly to the following recipients:
- Third parties that we have hired to provide services for which we have committed ourselves in a mutually concluded contract (mobile operators, providers, etc.)
- Relevant public agencies and authorities, if required by the Law or legitimate business interest.

We keep control over your personal data and we are fully responsible to you in the case of engaging service providers and we will use appropriate protective measures in the manner prescribed by the Law to ensure the integrity and security of your personal data when engaging such service providers.
- with courts, competent law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies or lawyers, if legally permitted and necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, carry out or defend legal claims.
Otherwise, we disclose your personal data only when directed or allowed to do so, when required by applicable laws or regulations, or in case we receive a court or official request for that, or when there is suspicion of fraud or criminal activity.

How long do we keep your personal data?
We will keep your personal data as long as necessary to provide the services you requested and to guide the business relationship you have with us. If you asked us not to communicate with you, we will keep that data as much as necessary in accordance with your request.
Your personal data will be deleted when the service is provided and when it is no longer reasonably needed for the permitted purposes, or if you withdraw your consent (if applicable) and we are not legally obliged or for any other reason we are not permitted to store such data further.
We will specifically keep your personal data if it is necessary for the OneClick Solutions company to declare or defend against legal claims by the end of the relevant retention period, or until the requests are resolved.

The notice was last updated on 2019. Occasionally, we may edit or complete the data, if necessary, in order to comply with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act. Therefore, you can check from time to time. Any change to the Notification data will be applied from the date of publication on our website.
